At Lennie N’ Me, we want you to love every piece you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you of your return status. Approved returns are eligible for an exchange.

Refunds
Please note, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.

Refunds are only available for items that are incorrect or faulty upon arrival.

Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at hello@lennienme.com and we will provide you with the address for returning your item

If you received an incorrect or faulty item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Items Excluded from Change of Mind Returns
We reserve the right to decline returns, exchanges, or refunds for the following items unless they do not meet a Consumer Guarantee:

• Gift cards, vouchers, and store credits
• Clearance items with a “no returns” tag
• Items already exchanged once
• Jewelry or hair accessories for hygiene reasons

Shipping
Return shipping for change of mind or incorrect fit is the customer’s responsibility. A flat rate of $10 for return shipping applies, which will be charged before a return label is provided. We recommend keeping your tracking information, as Lennie N’ Me is not liable for items lost in transit.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, Lennie N’ Me will cover the return shipping cost.
