Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size.
Refunds are offered only for faulty or incorrect items.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes. Exchanges are available within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

Do you offer store credit?

Yes. Store credit is issued when an exchange cannot be provided due to stock availability. A $10 handling fee applies for change of mind or incorrect fit returns. This fee is waived for exchanges.

Do you accept returns on sale items?

No. All sale items are final.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping for change-of-mind exchanges or incorrect sizing is the customer’s responsibility.
If an item is faulty or incorrect, LNM will cover the cost.

What are your wild rags made from?

Our 90 x 90 wild rags are crafted from 100 percent silk. Each piece is soft, breathable and designed to drape beautifully. Every rag arrives in a collectible Lennie N’ Me cotton dust envelope for safekeeping.

Do your silk rags run or bleed when washed?

Some colours may release a small amount of dye during the first wash. We always recommend a cold hand wash only, using gentle detergent, and drying flat in the shade.

Are your caps adjustable?

Yes. All LNM caps are fully adjustable.
Our low-profile 5.5 panel caps include a snapback style, while our dad-style baseball caps feature a metal slide clasp.

Are your patches iron-on?

Our embroidered and woven patches come with an adhesive backing suitable for felt hats, straw hats, denim, luggage, and more. For long-term use, we recommend stitching after placement.

How do I care for my silk rag?

Hand wash only
Cold water
Gentle detergent
Do not wring
Dry flat, out of direct sunlight
Do not tumble dry

How do I care for my caps?

Spot clean only
Do not machine wash
Reshape while damp if needed
Avoid storing in direct sunlight to preserve colour

Will sold-out items be restocked?

Some pieces may be restocked depending on demand, while others are limited releases. Follow us on Instagram or join our email list for early access to restock announcements.

Can I reserve or pre-order items?

Not at this time. All products are available on a first-in basis at launch.

Can I edit my order after it’s placed?

If your order hasn’t been packed, we may be able to update your address or swap an item. Please email hello@lennienme.com as soon as possible.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide & Internattionally.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard orders are packed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times depend on Australia Post and your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Express options may be available depending on your location.
