At Lennie N’ Me, each piece is designed with intention and produced in limited quantities. We encourage all customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind / Sizing / Fit
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing or fit
- Personal preference
- Styling suitability
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to guarantee suitability for individual styling purposes.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchange or store credit only for eligible items.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
- Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
- Return must be approved prior to sending
Once approved:
- Items must be returned within 48 hours of approval
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
- A shipping fee applies for replacement items
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number
Approved faulty items will receive:
- A replacement, store credit, or refund
- Return shipping covered by Lennie N’ Me
Additional Information
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping
- We recommend using a trackable service
- Items that do not meet return conditions will be sent back at the customer’s expense
